Step 1

Navigate to Signatures

The Signatures section lives in the left sidebar of your portal. Click it to see all your signature documents.

Click “Signatures” in the left sidebar

Look for the pen icon labeled Signatures in your sidebar navigation. Click it to open your list of signature documents. If you don’t see it, contact your administrator — the feature may need to be enabled for your account.

Professional users: look for Signatures after “My Info” — Invoices and Documents don’t appear in your sidebar.

💡
Professional users will see Signatures appear near the top of the sidebar — Invoices and Documents are not available for that role.

Step 2

Browse Your Documents

The Signatures page shows all your documents in a table. Each row shows the document name, its current status, how far along the signing process is, and when it was last updated.

Read the Status column

Each document shows a colored status badge: In Progress (blue — signing is underway), Completed (green — all recipients signed), Declined (red — someone declined to sign), Expired (gray — signing window closed), Recalled (gray — sender cancelled).

Check the Progress column

“Step X of Y” shows how many recipients have completed their action out of the total number of signers on the document.

Click “View →” to open a document

Click View → or anywhere on the row to open the full detail page and signing timeline for that document.


Step 3

View a Document’s Details and Signing Progress

Clicking a document opens its detail page. You’ll see the document header at the top with status and progress, followed by a signing timeline showing every recipient and where they are in the process.

Use “← Back to Signatures” to return to your list

The back link at the top-left of the detail page takes you back to your full document list without losing your place.

Check the status and progress in the document header

The status badge and “Step X of Y” text tell you where the document stands at a glance. You’ll also see who requested the document and — if completed — the completion date.

Read the Signing Progress timeline

Each recipient appears in signing order. A colored icon shows their current status:

Green ✓ — Signed
Blue → — Document sent
👁
Amber 👁 — Viewed
Red ✕ — Declined
Gray ○ — Waiting

Once all recipients have signed, the status changes to Completed and a Download PDF button appears at the top of the page.
