View and track your signature documents — sent through Zoho Sign, viewable directly inside the portal.
For Users & ProfessionalsThe Signatures page shows all your documents in a table. Each row shows the document name, its current status, how far along the signing process is, and when it was last updated.
Each document shows a colored status badge: In Progress (blue — signing is underway), Completed (green — all recipients signed), Declined (red — someone declined to sign), Expired (gray — signing window closed), Recalled (gray — sender cancelled).
“Step X of Y” shows how many recipients have completed their action out of the total number of signers on the document.
Click View → or anywhere on the row to open the full detail page and signing timeline for that document.
Clicking a document opens its detail page. You’ll see the document header at the top with status and progress, followed by a signing timeline showing every recipient and where they are in the process.
The back link at the top-left of the detail page takes you back to your full document list without losing your place.
The status badge and “Step X of Y” text tell you where the document stands at a glance. You’ll also see who requested the document and — if completed — the completion date.
Each recipient appears in signing order. A colored icon shows their current status:
