1 Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription and service fees.

2 Subscription Fees

Fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations or downgrades.

3 Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at Ventana's sole discretion in cases of:

  • Billing errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances
  • Where required by law

4 Upgrades

Added seats are prorated and charged immediately. These charges are non-refundable.

5 Downgrades

Seat reductions take effect next billing cycle. No credits are issued.

6 Cancellation

Access continues through the billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.

7 Free Trial

No charges occur during the trial.

8 Consulting & Custom Work

Non-refundable once work has begun due to the custom nature of services.

9 Service Credits

Eligibility

  • Outage of 24+ consecutive hours
  • Within Ventana's control
  • Request submitted within 14 days

Credit

Credits are prorated and applied to future billing cycles.

Exclusions

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Third-party outages (e.g., Zoho)
  • Customer misconfiguration
  • Force majeure events

10 Billing Disputes

Contact us within 30 days. Verified errors will be corrected via refund or credit.

11 Changes to Policy

We may update this policy with notice.
