The terms are straightforward. Here's what to expect.
Commission is calculated on subscription fees actually collected by Ventana, after deducting refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and processing fees. Consulting and implementation fees are not included.
Commissions are paid within 30 days after the end of each calendar month via ACH or wire transfer. You receive a detailed commission statement showing each attributed client's fees and deductions.
If your commission in a given month is under $25, it rolls over and accumulates until the threshold is met. Any balance is paid out in full upon agreement termination.
Clients manage their own partner designation within their portal settings. Attribution is dynamic — if a client changes their designation, the commission adjustment takes effect at the start of their next billing cycle.
You'll need to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before your first payout. Ventana issues a 1099 as required by law. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income.
Agreements run for an initial 12-month term and renew automatically. Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice. You earn commissions through your termination date.
