Step 1

Navigate to Analytics

When your administrator has assigned analytics views to your role, an Analytics link appears in the left sidebar. Click it to open the Analytics page.

Click Analytics in the sidebar

Click Analytics in the left sidebar. The page shows all views your administrator has assigned to your role.

ℹ️
If Analytics does not appear in your sidebar, your administrator has not yet assigned any views to your role. Contact your admin to request access.
Step 2

Open a View

Each view appears as a card showing its name and type. Click any card to open the report in a full-screen embedded panel directly inside the portal.

Click a view card

Click any card on the Analytics page. The report opens as a full-screen embedded panel directly inside the portal. You can interact with it just as you would in Zoho Analytics.

Click Close to return

Use the Close button in the panel header to dismiss the report and return to the view cards list.

ℹ️
Reports are read-only inside the portal embed. To edit a view or its underlying data, log in to Zoho Analytics directly.
