Access the Documents Page

The Professional role does not show a Documents item in the left sidebar by default. Navigate directly to app.getventana.com/portal/documents — for example from a bookmark or a link your administrator shares with you.

Navigate directly to the Documents page

Go to /portal/documents — for example, from a bookmark or a link your administrator shares. Documents does not appear in the left sidebar for the Professional role, but the page is fully accessible by URL.

ℹ️
If the page shows “No documents uploaded yet,” your administrator may not have assigned folder access to your account. Contact them and ask to have your WorkDrive folders configured.

Browse and Download Files

Once on the Documents page, use the breadcrumb to navigate between folders and click Download to save any file your administrator has shared with you.

Use the breadcrumb to navigate

Click any segment in the breadcrumb to go back to that folder level. Click Documents to return to the root of your shared folders.

Download a file

Click Download next to any file to open or save it. You can only access folders your administrator has explicitly assigned to your account.

ℹ️
Professionals can only see folders their administrator has explicitly assigned. If a file you expect to see is missing, contact your admin to request access to the relevant folder.

Share the admin guide with your portal administrator

If your Documents page is empty or inaccessible, your admin needs to enable the feature, configure a WorkDrive folder, and assign you access.
