View and manage your assigned contacts and their CRM details in the Ventana portal.

Professional role — how it differs from User: Professionals don’t see their own contact record. Instead, they see a Contacts list of people assigned to them by an admin. Invoices and Documents are not available in this role — those modules are accessed through individual contact records.

Step 1

Navigate to Contacts

As a Professional, your sidebar shows a direct Contacts link — no hover flyout needed. Click it to see all the contacts assigned to you.

Click “Contacts” in the left sidebar

The Contacts link takes you directly to your assigned contact list. You’ll only see contacts that your admin has explicitly assigned to you — not all contacts in the organization.


Step 2

Browse Your Assigned Contacts

The Contacts page shows a table of everyone assigned to you. Click any row or the View → button to open a contact’s full detail page.

Click “View →” to open a contact

Click the View → button on any row — or anywhere on the row itself — to open that contact’s detail page. You’ll see all the CRM fields your admin has made visible for the Professional role.


Step 3

View a Contact’s Details

The contact detail page shows the CRM fields your admin has enabled for your role. Most fields are read-only — if your admin has granted write access to a field, a pencil icon will appear next to it.

Use “← Back to Contacts” to return to the list

The back link at the top returns you to your full contact list without losing your place.

Review the contact header

The header card shows the contact’s name, company, email, and phone at a glance — pulled directly from their Zoho CRM record.

Read the CRM field list

The Contact Information section shows the fields your admin has enabled for the Professional role. Lock icons (🔒) indicate read-only fields. If any field shows a pencil icon instead, you can click to edit it and the change will sync to Zoho CRM.

⚠️
You can only view contacts that have been explicitly assigned to you. If a contact you expect to see is missing, ask your admin to assign them to your account.
