View and manage your assigned contacts and their CRM details in the Ventana portal.
For ProfessionalsThe Contacts page shows a table of everyone assigned to you. Click any row or the View → button to open a contact’s full detail page.
Click the View → button on any row — or anywhere on the row itself — to open that contact’s detail page. You’ll see all the CRM fields your admin has made visible for the Professional role.
The contact detail page shows the CRM fields your admin has enabled for your role. Most fields are read-only — if your admin has granted write access to a field, a pencil icon will appear next to it.
The back link at the top returns you to your full contact list without losing your place.
The header card shows the contact’s name, company, email, and phone at a glance — pulled directly from their Zoho CRM record.
The Contact Information section shows the fields your admin has enabled for the Professional role. Lock icons (🔒) indicate read-only fields. If any field shows a pencil icon instead, you can click to edit it and the change will sync to Zoho CRM.
Admins can enable modules, assign contacts to Professionals, and configure field permissions per role.
