The Billing page is accessible only to admin accounts. Open it from the Billing link at the bottom of the left sidebar. It shows your current subscription status, plan details, seat counts, and upcoming charges.

Open Billing — Click Billing in the left sidebar. This link is only visible to admin accounts.

Review subscription status — The Status row shows your current state: Trial, Active, Past Due, or Cancelled.

Check your monthly estimate — Calculated as $29 base + $3.00 × purchased seats. This is the amount charged on your next billing date.
ℹ️
The Billing page is excluded from all non-admin views. Regular users and professionals will not see the Billing sidebar link.
New Organizations
Start a free trial
When your organization has no active subscription, the Billing page shows a Start Your Free Trial card. The 15-day trial is fully free — no payment method required until the trial ends.

Enter a billing email — This address receives subscription confirmations and future billing notifications.

Click “Start Free Trial” — Your 15-day trial begins immediately. A countdown appears in the sidebar during the active trial period.
⚠️
When only 5 days remain, the sidebar countdown turns amber. When the trial expires, portal access is suspended until a payment method is added.
After Trial Expires
Activate a paid subscription
When your trial ends, the Billing page shows a Set Up Payment card. You can pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer. After entering payment details, your subscription activates immediately and portal access is restored.

Choose a payment type — Select Credit / Debit Card or ACH Bank Transfer. For ACH, your bank details are collected securely in the next step via Zoho Payments.

Enter the cardholder name — For card payments, type the name exactly as it appears on the card.

Check the authorization box — Read and accept the recurring billing authorization before proceeding.

Click “Continue to Payment” — This opens the Zoho Payments widget where you enter your card or bank details. Once complete, your subscription activates and portal access is restored.
⚠️
Clicking Continue to Payment does not charge you immediately — payment details are collected in the Zoho Payments pop-up. The first charge occurs once setup is confirmed.
Active Subscription
Manage user seats
Once your subscription is active, the Billing page shows a Manage User Seats card. You can increase or decrease the number of purchased seats to match your team size.

Adjust the seat count — Use the − / + controls to change the number of purchased seats. The count cannot go below your number of active users.

Click “Update Seats” — If adding seats, a prorated charge is applied immediately. If removing seats, the reduction takes effect at the next billing cycle.
ℹ️
You can also cancel your subscription from the Billing page. A Cancel Subscription card appears below the seat manager. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then and you will not be charged again.
