When we talk to businesses running on Zoho, the conversation almost always starts the same way. They tell us about the tools they use — CRM for contacts, Books for invoicing, WorkDrive for documents, Desk for support tickets. They have built a system that works. Everything is connected internally. Their team knows where to find things.
Then we ask: what does your client see?
And the answer is usually some version of "not much." Their clients get emailed invoices they lose track of. They submit support tickets through a form they bookmarked six months ago. They ask for documents that are sitting in a WorkDrive folder they have never seen. The business runs on Zoho. The client runs on email and memory.
That gap is what Ventana was built to close. One login, one branded portal, connected to the Zoho apps your business already uses.
And as of this month, that connection just got a lot wider.
What's Already Live
If you have been following along, you already know about the core integrations that launched with Ventana. These are the foundation — the modules that most Zoho businesses need their clients to access from day one.
Zoho CRM gives your clients visibility into their own account data — the fields you choose to expose, not the entire database. Contact details, account info, deal status, and any custom module you have built in CRM. You control what is visible, down to the individual field level, and it updates in real time.
Zoho Books puts invoices in front of your clients without the email ping-pong. No more "can you resend that?" They log in, they see what is owed and what has been paid. Live data, always current.
Zoho WorkDrive surfaces the documents your clients actually need, organized in the folder structure you have already set up. They can browse, download, and upload files — and your team gets notified automatically when something new comes in.
Zoho Sign shows your clients exactly where their documents stand in the signing process. Not just the completed ones — every signer, every status, the full picture in real time.
Zoho Desk brings support tickets into the same portal. Clients can view open tickets, check updates, and reply — all without a separate login to Desk.
And Zoho Billing is live too, handling subscription and payment visibility for clients who need it.
These six integrations cover the core of what most Zoho businesses need to share with their clients. But the two we just added open up something different.
What's New: Projects and Analytics
Zoho Projects is now live in the portal. If your business manages client work through Projects — tasks, milestones, timelines — your clients can now see their projects directly inside Ventana. They can track progress, see what is in flight, and stay informed without you having to send weekly status update emails. You assign which projects each client can access, and the portal handles the rest.
This is a big one for agencies, consultancies, and any service business where clients want to know "where does my project stand?" Instead of fielding that question in Slack or email, the answer is just there — in the same portal where they check their invoices and download their documents.
Zoho Analytics is also live. If you have built dashboards and reports in Analytics, you can now embed them directly in the portal. Admins paste a view URL, assign it to specific roles, and those users see the dashboard when they log in. No separate Analytics login, no screenshot-in-an-email workaround.
For businesses that already use Analytics internally — revenue reports, pipeline views, operational dashboards — this means you can take the same reporting you rely on and put a version of it in front of your clients. Same data. Same source. Just visible to the people who should see it.
Why This Matters
Eight integrations sounds like a feature list. But what it actually means is that your client's entire relationship with your business — their account, their invoices, their documents, their contracts, their support tickets, their project status, and their reporting — lives in one place. Under your brand. Behind one login.
No more "which link was that?" No more clients toggling between three different portals. No more answering the same five questions every week because your clients cannot find what they need.
Every integration that gets added to Ventana is one less reason for your client to email you asking for something they should be able to find themselves.
What's Coming Next
We are not done. The roadmap includes more Zoho integrations — each of which opens up new ways for your clients to interact with your business through the portal. We are not ready to announce specifics yet, but they are actively in development and we will share more as they get closer.
The goal has not changed since day one: give your clients one front door to everything. We are just making "everything" cover more ground.
If you are running your business on Zoho and your clients are still navigating a patchwork of emails, links, and logins, we would love to show you what a unified portal looks like. Check out our features and pricing at getventana.com, or reach out and we will walk you through it.
